Doorstep Auto – Terms & Conditions

Doorstep Auto is a Canadian-based vehicle lead generation and matching platform. We assist consumers in finding automotive financing, vehicle options, and connecting with licensed dealerships and financial institutions.

We do not provide financing directly, nor do we sell vehicles. All financing and sales transactions are conducted between you and third-party partners.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your province or territory
Be a resident of Canada
Provide accurate and complete personal and financial information

By using our services, you represent and warrant that all information submitted is true and lawful.

3. Privacy

We are not liable for:

The outcomes of credit applications or financing decisions
Vehicle condition, pricing, or representations made by third parties
Any contracts or agreements you enter into with third-party partners

Lead Sharing and Sale to Dealership Partners

By submitting your personal information through our website, you acknowledge and agree that Doorstep Auto may share or sell your information to our trusted dealership and financing partners to assist with vehicle financing, trade-in evaluations, or related sales opportunities.

These partners are contractually obligated to use your information solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or providing related automotive services, and not for any

unrelated marketing purposes without your additional consent.

6. No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee loan approval or vehicle acquisition. Loan terms, interest rates, and approvals are based on individual creditworthiness and lender criteria.

7. Limitation of Liability

Doorstep Auto and its affiliates are not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

Financial loss
Inability to secure a vehicle or financing
Delays in processing
Technical or site errors

All services are provided “as-is” without warranties, express or implied.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and graphics on this website are the property of Doorstep Auto and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

Doorstep Auto may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Disputes, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our Privacy

Policy, or your use of Doorstep Auto's services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Alberta, Canada.

You agree that arbitration is the sole forum for dispute resolution, except for claims eligible for small claims court.

Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve any dispute with Doorstep Auto on an individual basis, and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.

Opt-Out Right

You may opt out of this arbitration clause by sending written notice to

approvals@doorstepauto.ca within 30 days of your first use of the website or services, stating that you decline this arbitration agreement.

No Class Actions

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS OR ARBITRATION UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

YOU AND DOORSTEP AUTO AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR OUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

CLASS ARBITRATIONS AND CLASS ACTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED. BY USING THIS SITE OR OUR SERVICES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO GIVE UP THE ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ARBITRATION OR CLASS ACTION.
